How to Host a Realm Tournament Invitational.

Step 1: Purchase a Realm Tournament Invitational Kit on the Realm's Website.

Step 2: Apply for a date for your tournament

Step 3: After approval

• Hire the necessary Judges
• Secure a location (if you will not be using your own store)
• Announce your events (and if you are adding extra prize support)
• Prepare prize envelops with the Cash Prizes (and any extra prizes you plan to include)

Step 4: Work with your judges and the Realm Staff to provide your players an epic experience and a wonderful event.

Step 5: Upon completion of your RTI event, email a copy of the final standings from GEM to the Realm Qualifying Points team.

Requirements to Host a $500 RTI

1) Provide a minimum of $500* cash prizes to the top 4

• 1st Place $250
• 2nd Place $150
• 3rd Place $50
• 4th Place $50    

2) Hire the correct number of Judges

• 1 Judge per 35 Players
• A level 2 Judge among judges if more than 71 players

3) Each Local Game Store can Host a max of 4 Realm Tournament Invitationals in this season (in any total combination of $500 or $1000)

4) Each Realm Tournament Invitational must have a minimum of 8 players

5) Realm Tournament Invitationals must be ran in GEM as a "On Demand" Event that is titled "<Your Store> RTI.

6) If you want to give out extra prize support, announce that a head of time. 

7)Charge no more than $30* a player for constructed or $45 for Draft.

8) Format must be announced ahead of time. You may choose from CC, Blitz, or draft (if you choose draft, you must provide the product).

9) The number of invites the event has is based on attendance:

•      8 - 47 players = a Realm Invite to the 1st Place winner
•      48 - 63 players = a Realm Invite to the 1st and 2nd place
•      64+ players = a Realm invite to the top 4

*NOTE: After your first event, you may opt to run $1000 minimum events with a $40 entry fee for constructed or $55 for Draft

• 1st Place $400
• 2nd Place $200
• 3rd - 4th Place $100
• 5th-8th Place $50

The Local Game Store who hosts the most players across all their events for the entire season will receive an exclusive booth space at the $20k Invitational for FREE! Only the Realm and the winning LGS will be vending at the $20K Invitational.
